Pricing for salons outside Poland

This price list forms part of Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Service (§ 5) and applies to salons established outside Poland.

Prices are in PLN and are the amount payable to DOTTY sp. z o.o. No Polish VAT is added. Any taxes due in the salon’s country of establishment are settled by the salon (§ 6 of Annex No. 1).

Rules

One subscription per salon, billed for a period of 30 days from the day the payment is booked (a payment on 20 September gives access until 19 October inclusive).

dotty Standard includes 120 reports per period, of which up to 20 PRO, 300 SMS and the appointment calendar with reminders. A Standard analysis uses 1 report from the pool, a PRO analysis 2, Ask and Compare 1 each (not counted towards the PRO limit). Report and SMS packages can be bought with an active subscription; a report package bought in the last 7 days of a period is valid until the end of the next period.

Reports and SMS are valid only in the period in which they were granted or bought. Unused ones do not carry over to the next period; every new period starts with the full pool. Reports cannot be exchanged for SMS.

Payment in advance for the billing period, by card only, through PayU S.A. Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN); your bank may convert the amount into your currency. The invoice is issued by DOTTY sp. z o.o. to the salon details given at registration.

You can renew the subscription in the application from 7 days before the end of the period. If the period ends without payment, the analysis module is inactive, while the calendar and your data keep working; a payment booked within 3 days keeps the subscription continuous.

To start, register your salon in the application. After the registration is approved, you choose and pay for the subscription in the salon account.
